Instruction & Form
Introducing a revolutionary new method of tai chi instruction that enables students to learn the movements quickly and effectively,
with a high degree of retention. Each movement is divided into simple segments, and each segment is repeated as often as
necessary so you will not only remember it in your mind, but also feel it in your body. Furthermore, a technique called Mirroring
is used in which students follow the instruction as if they are looking in a mirror, thus making learning extremely easy.
The Rainbow Form, adapted from the popular Yang style, offers freedom and versatility for students to learn and practice with
ease at home, in the office, classroom, or anywhere. Of course it's great to have the space to practice your tai chi and
not stumble over coffee table corners, books, or other exercise equipment--but what if you don't have that space? With Rainbow
Tai Chi, you shouldn't be prevented from experiencing all the health and wellness benefits this ancient art has to offer,
just because you're short on a little elbow-room.
The unique combination of tailored instruction with a philosophy of accessibility makes this one of the best programs available.

Welcome Derived from the martial arts, tai chi consists
of a series of movements (as little as 5 and as many as 100+). They are performed consecutively in a graceful and flowing
manner, much like a choreographed dance. However, no prior experience or aptitude is required in order to feel its immediate
rewards.
Among the health and wellness benefits are stress reduction; increased energy, flexibility, and strength; as well as improved
balance, coordination, and breathing.
Tai chi can be learned and performed alone or in a group, practically anywhere and at anytime. Students are encouraged
to progress at their own pace, and all that's really recommended is a set of comfortable clothes (if you can stand in line
at the movies, then there shouldn't be a problem--but please consult your healthcare professional if you have any concerns
at all).
"Welcome to the evolution of an idea. I feel extremely blessed to bring to the world a new vision of tai chi. I'm grateful
to have this opportunity to share my learning, and to use my gifts and talents to benefit others in this way. Thank you for
visiting the Rainbow Tai Chi website." ~ Tom Yee, Founder
